Website Redesign & Dedicated Robotics Site · CWG-2026-AOS

One company. Two stories. Two websites.

Apollo has grown from a print-and-copier dealer into a full business-technology partner — and now a service-robotics dealer. The website hasn't kept up with either. This plan fixes both at once.

apolloofficesystems.com REDESIGNED
Track A · Rebuild

A ground-up rebuild of the corporate site — modern design, simpler navigation, and conversion paths that turn visitors into booked conversations.

4,800+ pages $2,700
Apollo Robotics BRAND NEW
Track B · New site

A standalone website that does nothing but sell Apollo's PUDU service robots — to restaurants, hotels, healthcare, warehouses, and facilities teams.

5,000+ pages $2,500
The Gap

The website still sells the company Apollo used to be.

What's holding the current site back
  • The story is fragmented — a visitor can't quickly see that Apollo delivers IT, print, cloud, licensing, and robotics under one roof
  • Robotics is invisible and mislabeled: the site's "robotics" content is actually software automation (RPA), not the physical PUDU service robots Apollo now sells
  • The design signals the past, not the future — it reads like a traditional copier dealer, not a company positioned around AI and automation
  • Weak conversion paths, limited mobile optimization, and thin SEO
What Apollo actually has to sell
  • Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud & network services
  • Copiers, printers, managed print & fleet management
  • Microsoft & Azure licensing, document workflow software
  • A full PUDU service-robot lineup for hospitality, retail & facilities
  • 25+ years · Xerox Platinum · Texas HUB certified · BBB accredited · family-owned
The Difference

A typical agency builds 20 pages. We build thousands.

Here's the thing most web companies won't tell you: Google doesn't rank businesses — it ranks pages. A 20-page website can only show up for a handful of searches. So instead of building you a brochure, we build a page for every service you sell, in every city and suburb you serve — each one written to win one specific search.

copier lease pearland tx
Copier Leasing in Pearland, TX — Apollo Office Systems
apolloofficesystems.com/locations/pearland/copier-leasing

Someone in Pearland needs a copier. They don't search for "office technology partner" — they search exactly this. This page exists only to win that search.

managed it services sugar land
Managed IT Services in Sugar Land, TX — Apollo Office Systems
apolloofficesystems.com/locations/sugar-land/managed-it

A different buyer, a different city, a different service — its own dedicated page, already written, already ranking-ready.

restaurant delivery robot katy tx
BellaBot Pro Delivery Robots for Katy Restaurants — Apollo Robotics
apollo robotics site · /katy/restaurants/bellabot-pro

And on the robotics side: a restaurant owner in Katy searching for a server robot lands on a page about robots for Katy restaurants — not a copier homepage.

Every page follows the same playbook: real, substantial content — not thin duplicates — targeting one service (or one robot), in one place, for one kind of buyer. Multiply that across every city, suburb, and neighborhood in Greater Houston, and across every Texas market for the robots, and the math gets big fast.

This is the difference between a website that looks good and a website that gets found. A 20-page site competes for maybe a dozen searches. This engine competes for tens of thousands — every one of them a buyer with intent, typing exactly what you sell.

The Objectives

What success looks like

Modernize the brand online
A contemporary, credible site that matches Apollo's real capabilities and 25-year reputation.
Convert visitors to leads
Clear calls-to-action, quote requests, and demo bookings on every key page.
Launch robotics as its own line
A standalone site that markets PUDU robots to a dedicated audience with its own funnel.
Separate software from robots
Software automation (RPA) and physical service robots cleanly split — two categories, two audiences.
Win high-intent search
Thousands of city-by-city landing pages targeting Houston-area office-technology and Texas-wide robotics buyers — not a handful of pages competing for everything.
Give Apollo control
An easy-to-update platform so your team can change content without calling a developer.

Rebuild: apolloofficesystems.com

A ground-up rebuild of the corporate site: modern design, streamlined architecture, faster performance, and conversion paths designed to turn traffic into booked conversations.

  • Prominent click-to-call and contact CTAs
  • Integration with Apollo's existing support / account portals
  • Optional visitor-identification tie-in for anonymous-traffic lead capture

Preserve, and foreground, what works: What already works carries over: Apollo's credentials (Xerox Platinum, Texas HUB, BBB), partner brands (Xerox, Canon, Kyocera, Lexmark, HP, Microsoft Gold, Cisco, Epson, SentinelOne, NinjaOne, GIDR.ai), and the existing article library — rebuilt into a stronger frame and visible within seconds of landing.

Track B · $2,500

A dedicated site for Apollo's robotics division

Service robotics is a different sale to a different buyer. A restaurant owner shopping for a delivery robot doesn't care about copier fleets — and shouldn't have to dig past them. This site does nothing but sell robots.

Focused buyer journey

Restaurant, hotel, healthcare, and facilities buyers land on a site built entirely around their problem — labor shortages, cleaning at scale, guest experience — not office copiers.

Its own growth engine

Dedicated SEO, paid campaigns, and a lead funnel for robotics, measurable on its own and marketable aggressively without diluting the Apollo corporate brand.

Scope & deliverables
  • Standalone site architecture, brand treatment, and responsive design (shared design DNA with the Apollo rebuild)
  • Individual product pages for each PUDU model with specs, imagery, video, and use-cases
  • Solutions-by-industry pages: hospitality & restaurants, retail, healthcare & senior living, warehousing & logistics, facilities
  • The robotics location engine: 5,000+ pages pairing every robot and industry solution with every major Texas market
  • Lead-generation core: "Request a demo," "Get a quote," and financing/lease inquiry forms on every product page
  • Comparison / spec tables so buyers can self-qualify the right robot
  • SEO targeting service-robot search intent, plus analytics and conversion tracking
  • CMS-managed so Apollo can add models, pricing, and promotions independently

The positioning that ties both sites together: Most robotics vendors sell hardware and disappear. Apollo is a 25-year technology-services company with real infrastructure behind the product — local service and repair, managed support, and financing/leasing experience. The robotics site leads with that difference: buy a robot and get a partner, not just a device.

The Process

Five phases, both sites, ~10 weeks

Both sites run through the same build workflow, sequenced so the Apollo rebuild and the robotics site share design decisions and nothing gets built twice.

1
Discovery & Strategy Weeks 1–2

Kickoff, brand and content audit, sitemap and wireframes for both properties, keyword and competitor research.

2
Design Weeks 2–5

Visual design system and page mockups for the Apollo rebuild, then adapted for the robotics site. Review and sign-off before build.

3
Build & Content Weeks 4–9

Development of both sites, content migration and writing, product page assembly, forms and integrations wired up.

4
QA, SEO & Launch Weeks 8–10

Cross-device testing, performance and accessibility tuning, redirect mapping, analytics, and coordinated go-live for both sites.

5
Support & Optimize Ongoing

Post-launch training so your team can self-manage, plus an optional ongoing plan for updates, SEO, and lead-gen optimization.

The Investment

One flat rate for both sites.

A flat, bundled rate for both properties — not agency day-rate pricing. Same scope, well below a traditional agency quote.
