Why this matters right now

El Salvador Products has spent over 20 years building something a website can't fake: trust. Real relationships with real stores, real families who grew up on these products. The problem isn't the business — it's that almost none of that trust is visible to the thousands of people and stores searching online every month for Salvadoran and Central American food. We reviewed elsalvadorproducts.com from a search and customer point of view, and the short version is: the site is friendly to look at, but nearly invisible to Google. Every one of those problems is fixable — and each fix has a direct line to more visibility, more inquiries, and more wholesale accounts.

What we found (in plain terms)

Think of Google as a librarian with millions of books and a few seconds to pick one. If a book's cover is blank, its table of contents is missing, and half its pages are photocopies, the librarian skips it — no matter how good the product inside is. That's the current site:

Page titles are generic or broken — the homepage title even has a typo in the company name.
Page descriptions are duplicated word-for-word across pages, and one is a cut-off sentence.
Product and category pages are just photo grids — nothing for Google to read and match to a search.
Product photos have no text labels, so they can never appear in Google Image search.
There is no page or path for a store or restaurant to become a wholesale account.
A navigation link ("Seasonal") is broken and loops back to the homepage.

None of this reflects the business — it reflects a site built to look presentable, not to be found. That distinction is the whole opportunity.

Look at what you built without any of this

Twenty-plus years. Hundreds of store and restaurant relationships. Families who grew up on these products. And you built all of it on word-of-mouth and hard work alone — while your website contributed almost nothing. That is the most exciting part of this proposal: you already proved the product and the trust with one engine missing. Now imagine turning it on.

Watch what actually happens today

Put yourself in your customer's shoes for thirty seconds. Three real situations, happening in Houston right now:

1

A mom in Katy wants the flavors she grew up with.

salvadoran food near me
Today: your name is nowhere. She ends up at whichever store Google shows her — someone else gets a customer for life.
With the new site: your Katy page appears — where to find your products near her, which stores carry them. She becomes YOUR customer for life.
2

A restaurant owner in Spring needs a reliable supplier.

wholesale central american food distributor houston
Today: you don't show up. He calls a big generic distributor and settles — a wholesale account worth thousands a year, gone without you ever knowing it existed.
With the new site: your wholesale page comes up, he sees 20 years of trust and a real catalog, and fills out your account application that same day.
3

A grocery buyer is hunting for one specific product.

Today: your product exists — but online it's an unlabeled photo Google can't read. To the entire internet, you don't carry it.
With the new site: a full page for that exact product — description, story, how to order it wholesale — is waiting for that exact search.

Notice the pattern: in every scenario the product was never the problem. This is the all-inclusive reason most good businesses stall — not quality, not price, not effort. Visibility. The customers exist, the searches happen every single day; the only question is whose name shows up.

How we make you impossible to miss

This is not a 13-page brochure. We build the site so that every one of those searches has a page waiting:

1,000s
of pages, built from one smart template
800–1,500
words of real content on every page
Every
city, suburb & neighborhood in Houston

The simple math

Say 1,000 people and store buyers in Texas search for Salvadoran and Central American products in a month. Today, you appear for almost none of those searches — those customers go to whoever shows up. If the new site puts you in front of even a fraction of them, and just 2 or 3 out of every 100 who visit reach out, that is a steady flow of new conversations every month that simply does not exist today. And one wholesale account is not one sale — it is reorders, every month, for years. Starting from nearly zero online, doubling or tripling your inbound inquiries is not a stretch — it is what happens when the second engine turns on.

You built all of this with one engine. This is the second one.

Two paths forward

They solve different problems. We would rather lay both out honestly than oversell one.

Option A · Recommended start

SEO Website Rebuild

$6,900
one-time · $3,450 deposit to start, $3,450 before launch

Instead of 13 thin pages, we build a smart template once and generate a complete, unique, search-optimized page for every product, category, and city you serve — so whatever your customer types into Google, there is a page waiting to answer it.

  • Full rebuild with correct, keyword-rich titles and descriptions on every page
  • A real page for every product and category — description, use case, sourcing story
  • Location-aware pages so you show up for city and region searches
  • Structured data so Google understands the business — better map & local visibility
  • Descriptive image labels across the catalog — unlocks Google Image traffic
  • A dedicated wholesale/retailer inquiry path, separate from general contact
  • All technical fixes: broken navigation, mobile performance, page speed

Best fit if the near-term goal is: be found, be trusted, and generate more inbound calls and wholesale inquiries.

Option B · The bigger step

Wholesale Ordering Portal

$8,500–$15,000
custom quote — scope finalized after a short discovery session

A great website solves "getting found." A web application solves "running the business" — the same stores reordering the same products, without phone calls or email chains.

  • Retailer login portal: own pricing, order history, available inventory
  • One-click reordering from past invoices — more orders by removing friction
  • Account-request flow for new wholesale customers: apply, get approved, order
  • Optional real-time inventory visibility
  • Optional integration with your existing accounting/invoicing tools

The path if the goal is bigger than visibility: operational efficiency and locking in repeat wholesale revenue.

Our recommendation: start with Option A. It is the lower-risk, faster move that fixes "invisible on Google," and it is the foundation the ordering portal would sit on. Once the rebuilt site is generating inbound interest, the portal becomes the natural next step.

Optional later: an ongoing SEO & content retainer ($750–$1,500/month) to keep building once the rebuild is live. We suggest revisiting this 60–90 days after launch, when there is real ranking data to react to.
